2. Description of Service

Alfred is an AI-powered stock research tool that provides algorithmic stock analysis, rankings, and commentary. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Alfred AI LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities laws. Alfred does not provide personalized investment advice, manage client accounts, or execute trades on behalf of users.

All content, including stock picks, analysis, rankings, and commentary, is generated by artificial intelligence models and is provided solely for informational purposes. You should not rely on any information provided by Alfred as a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content and "Ask Alfred" Chat

The Service includes AI-generated stock analysis, commentary, and an interactive chat feature ("Ask Alfred") powered by large language models (LLMs). You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
• The AI chat feature is designed to provide general stock research information only. It is explicitly programmed to decline requests for personalized financial advice, buy/sell recommendations, or portfolio management.
• Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or override the AI's safety instructions — including but not limited to prompt injection, instruction overrides, or social engineering the AI into providing personalized financial advice — does not create an advisory relationship between you and Alfred AI LLC. Any output obtained through such manipulation is not endorsed by, attributable to, or the responsibility of Alfred AI LLC.
• You agree not to use the AI chat feature to attempt to extract proprietary model data, training signals, or portfolio strategies beyond what is publicly displayed on the Service.
• Alfred AI LLC reserves the right to monitor chat usage patterns, suspend accounts engaged in abuse, and rate-limit or revoke access to the chat feature at its sole discretion.

5. No Guarantees

Past performance of Alfred's picks is not indicative of future results. The stock market involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Alfred makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its analysis.

6. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available through a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Affiliate Links

Alfred contains affiliate links to third-party brokerage platforms. We may earn a commission when you open an account or execute trades through these links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our stock analysis or rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfred and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
